Service Terms, Pricing & Customer Responsibilities

Seattle Executive Limo is committed to transparent pricing and clear service terms. All trips are subject to a 10% tax, 5% fuel surcharge, and a 20% driver gratuity. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Touring Hourly Rates

Our hourly touring rates are designed to accommodate a wide range of travel needs, from business transfers to family outings. Prices may vary depending on distance, time of day, and demand.

Reservations

Reservations should be made in advance either online or by phone to guarantee vehicle availability. Last-minute bookings are accepted when possible, but availability cannot be assured. Corporate accounts may request priority scheduling.

Cancellations

We understand travel plans can change. To avoid fees, please cancel in accordance with the following rules:

  • Sedans & SUVs: require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Stretch Limousines & Vans: require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee; less than 4 hours results in 100% charge.

Wait Times

Complimentary wait times are included for your convenience:

  • Airport pickups: 30 minutes (domestic) or 45 minutes (international).
  • Non-airport pickups: 10 minutes grace, then billed in 10-min increments.

No-Shows

If you cannot locate your driver, please call immediately. Leaving the pickup location without notice will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Additional Stops

Extra stops are billed based on route and time. Brief, quick stops may not incur fees, but extended detours will be charged accordingly.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and cash. Corporate billing arrangements are available upon request. All payments are due at the completion of service unless otherwise prearranged.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol may only be consumed in vehicles equipped with a partition, and all passengers must comply with state and local laws.

Damages

Clients are financially responsible for any damage to vehicles. Excessive cleaning fees start at $150 and may increase based on the severity of the incident.

Lost Items

Seattle Executive Limo is not responsible for belongings left behind. Found items will be held for a limited time and can be retrieved upon request.

Service Interruptions

While we strive for punctuality, delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues are beyond our control. A replacement vehicle will be dispatched when possible.

Holiday & Weather Surcharges

Additional charges may apply during severe weather conditions or national holidays. These surcharges ensure driver safety and availability during peak demand.
